Treviso and Wine Tasting 

Treviso is an elegant, picturesque and romantic venetian city. Piazza dei Signori represents the center of the city which is overlooked by the Palazzo del Podesta, the Civic Tower also called Rossignona which is the highest tower of Treviso and the Palazzo dei Trecento. The biggest church in Treviso is the church of St. Niccolo’ which is situated on the bank of the river Sile. This Church is a very elegant and impressive building.

In the center of Treviso there is a small island connected to the mainland by two pedestrian bridges. It is called “islands of the fish market”, because there it takes place the fish market. From this little and typical island you will have the possibility to admire a lot of windmills which are situated in the historical center of Treviso.

The historical center of Treviso is surrounded by beautiful and ancient walls and by rivers Sile and Botteniga. All around the walls you can take a nice walk admiring the beautiful villas which overlook these two rivers.

The tour also includes a stop at the Roncade’s Castle, where in its cellar you will have the possibility to taste different wines typical of the Region Veneto.
